Transparent Network returns

This campaign introduces a new way to pay bills through the Transparent Network—a national system created by Ukrainian banks. It’s designed to make financial transactions simple, secure, and fast, without the need for middlemen. The goal is to help you try this modern payment method by covering your utility bills through the system

The campaign was launched in winter to support Ukrainians during a time of increased utility expenses

The purpose of the campaign is to familiarize you with the Transparent Network service. Here’s how it works:
• Pay your utility bills on the City24 website for an amount starting from 1000 UAH
• Receive 200 UAH back to your account for each payment, as long as it’s among the first 10 000 payments made during the month

The Transparent Network is the first alliance of Ukrainian banks offering a service for instant account-to-account payments. Paying for services is easy—just scan a QR code using your bank’s mobile app. The network ensures convenience and speed while adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection measures

Follow these steps to make a payment via Transparent Network on City24:
1. Check your bank account and app
Make sure you have an account and the mobile app of one of the participating banks in the Transparent Network:
• MTB Bank
• Accordbank
• RADABANK
If you don’t have an account with any of these banks:
• Choose one of the participating banks in the Transparent Network: MTB Bank, Accordbank, or RADABANK
• Download the mobile app of your selected bank
• Register through "Diia" and open an account in just a few clicks
2. Select your service provider
• Visit the City24 website's utility payments section: https://city24.ua/ua/oplata-kommunalnykh-uslug
• Choose the required service provider
• Enter your account number in the designated field
3. Choose Transparent Network as the payment method
Depending on the device you are using, follow these instructions:
If using a computer:
1. A QR code for payment will appear on your screen.
2.Open your bank’s app (MTB Bank, Accordbank, or RADABANK)
3. Go to the "Payments" section and select Transparent Network as the payment method
4. Use the app’s scanner to scan the QR code displayed on the City24 website
5. Confirm the payment in your bank’s app and, if required, enter a confirmation code
Alternatively:
1. Scan the QR code using your phone’s camera
2. A list of participating banks will appear—click the logo of your bank
3. Your phone will open the bank’s app, where you’ll see pre-filled payment details after identification
4. Confirm the payment in your bank’s app and, if required, enter a confirmation code
If using a mobile phone:
1. A list of participating banks will appear on your phone
2. Select your bank by tapping on its logo
3. Your phone will open the bank’s app, where you’ll see pre-filled payment details after identification
4. Confirm the payment in your bank’s app and, if required, enter a confirmation code

• Customers of the participating banks in the Transparent Network

• Pay your utility bills on the City24 website using the Transparent Network
• The payment amount must be at least 1000 UAH to participate in the campaign

Currently, the following banks have joined the campaign:
• MTB Bank
• Accordbank
• RADABANK
The list of participating banks is constantly being updated, so stay tuned for news!

• Make a utility payment of at least 1000 UAH on City24 using the Transparent Network
• Rewards are credited and paid out twice a month to the account used for the payment
• A reward of 200 UAH is given to the first 10 000 transactions each month. In total, up to 30 000 rewards are planned for the entire campaign period

A participant can receive a reward for up to 5 transactions per month

Taxes on your reward are paid by the campaign organizers. You will receive the full amount of 200 UAH credited to your account
