Agreement registration with LLC "SWIFT GARANT"
Receiving city24 services, such as payment acceptance, installation of a self-service terminal, and others, requires concluding the relevant agreement. However, before the agreement is signed, current Ukrainian legislation requires mandatory verification of business entities.
Follow the instructions for legal entities and sole proprietors:
1. Download the document package
It contains a questionnaire template and a list of required documents.
Download2. Fill out the questionnaire carefully
This will help verify the data, conclude the agreement, and provide the service faster. Also prepare documents according to the company's legal form and type of activity.
3. Create an application to conclude an agreement
Upload a .rar or .zip archive containing the questionnaire and required documents
4. Complete verification using the Diia.Sharing service
After preliminary approval of the application, you will receive an email with a link to verify the company's authorized representative or sole proprietor. Transfer your passport and taxpayer identification code using the Diia.Sharing service.
5. Sign the documents provided for review and the Agreement
Go to the 'Vchasno' service using the link you receive from our manager. Sign the documents and Agreement with a QES (qualified electronic signature). If available, apply an electronic seal.
