If your income has increased over time, you can complete cityID again with updated data. You will also be able to see the remaining allowed transaction volume in the cityID section (we’re already working on this)Example:
Previously set limit: UAH 120,000; used in the current quarter: UAH 100,000. After completing cityID again and having the questionnaire approved, the new allowed payment volume is UAH 600,000.
Current quarter: you can make payments for another UAH 500,000 (total UAH 600,000)
Next quarters: you can make payments totaling UAH 600,000

You will receive an email with the reasons why this happened (we’re already working on this). Most likely we found discrepancies in the provided data or incorrect answers (for example, you indicated the place of work as “Restaurant” instead of “LLC Tasty Food”).
In this case, you can also complete cityID authorization again and take the remarks into account.

your personal data have changed: place of work, social status (student, employed, pensioner, etc.), place of residence, etc.

your document has expired and you received a new one (international passport or ID card)

under the law it is time for the next data update (don’t worry, we will remind you in your personal account and by email)
